Crafted with 98% organic cotton and 2% spandex, the hat's lightweight and breathable fabric provides a soft, comfortable fit with some give. The HyperKewl Evaporative Insert, made of 100% polyester mesh on the outside and a blend of polymer and cellulose fibers on the interior, is the key to the hat's cooling capabilities.

To activate the cooling effect, simply soak the insert in cold water for up to 5 minutes and then insert it into the hat. The airflow through the mesh panel will initiate the evaporative cooling process, providing temperatures that are approximately 10 to 15 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than the ambient temperature, depending on airflow. It's important to note that high humidity can diminish the fabric's ability to evaporate water.
